Superbar is in Windows 7 but hidden by defaultHere is how to enable it:1. download http://www.withinwindows.com/files/upf/upf_x86_rev0.zip (x86) or http://www.withinwindows.com/files/upf/upf_x86_rev0.zip (x64)2. extract it to C:/Windows3. take own of explorer.exe4. open command prompt and run the following:cacls %windir%\explorer.exe /E /G MyUserName:F (replacing MyUserName with your username)taskkill /im explorer.exe /fcd C:\windowsstart unlockProtectedFeatures.exe
The instructions have been slightly modify since I found some problems.
